Take a tour of the working farm

15 September 2024

Come and take a tour of Bairnkine Farm on our purpose-built all-weather trailer (approximately 75–90 minutes).

Get up close to our wool-shedding sheep and fattening cattle, as well as enjoying the beautiful countryside and views.

You will hear about how our way of farming creates the big three essentials for birdlife, and which birds with us are on the conservation watch list.

Hear about why we have planted over 40,000 trees and miles of hedges.

Lucy will tell you about how she went from being a townie to a farmer’s wife, and how she learnt to work with sheep and cattle and drive a tractor.

Look out for deer, buzzards, hares, foxes, badgers and other wildlife whilst out on the farm.
