We had a lovely evening on the farm earlier this month. We took a group on a walk of the farm and then back to the steading for a delicious lamb curry made from our own lamb.
Everyone had a great time and we are planning another “Walk and Lunch” in October.

Our oatcake-making experience has been going really well. It’s proving to be a lovely way to share a little bit of our local food traditions and give guests the chance to get hands-on, using local ingredients and make their own oatcakes. There is even a chance at the end to enjoy a taster.
Well, we are all a little too warm this week. Even the dogs needed to cool off after moving sheep. We have been busy on sheepwork this week so are starting early before it gets too hot.
