The site

A small, quiet site on a working farm

Just along the farm drive, the Bairnkine CL is a third-of-an-acre site of five hardstanding pitches, overlooking a paddock that’s often grazed by sheep. Every pitch has electric hook up, space for an awning and free wifi is included. There is a water point and a waste disposal point on site.

Adults, children and dogs (on leads) are all welcome, and you’re free to explore the farm on the signposted Duck, Squirrel and Badger walks, or sit at the hide by one of the ponds. As a Caravan & Motorhome Club Certificated Location, booking is for Club members.

On site

Welcome

Explore the farm on the Duck, Squirrel and Badger walks or sit at the hide by one of the ponds — access is restricted a little during lambing. The cottages, Owl and Wild Rose, are right next door if friends or family fancy a roof over their heads.

On the farm

Pitch up and step onto 1,100 organic acres

Wild Rose sits at the end of the farm drive on Matt and Lucy’s organic farm, with the field next door often grazed by sheep or cattle and wide views towards the Cheviot Hills. Follow the signposted Duck, Squirrel and Badger walks, watch for buzzards and deer, or settle into the hide beside one of the nine ponds.
