This is a spacious terraced cottage which has three bedrooms. You can ask for the bedrooms to be made up as two double and one twin or two twins and one double. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet upstairs and shower room on the ground floor with shower cubicle and toilet, which makes this an ideal cottage for larger families.

The games room with pool table, football table and dart board is great for family fun.

Included in your stay - bed linen, towels and tea towels and fire wood. To get you started there will be washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, liquid soap and toilet roll.

Each Cottage offers a welcome tray for your arrival including home made cake, tea, coffee and milk.

The cottage is well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, television, DVD player and free WiFi available. There is also a selection of books, games, videos and DVD's.

There is also a large utility/games room, which has tabletop football and a snooker table. With it's tiled floor it is well suited for those wet dog days!

Garden furniture and BBQ are provided.

To the front of the cottage is private parking for two cars. The cottage is furnished comfortably with oil central heating and a wood-burner stove, with a plentiful supply of wood.

The majority of rooms have views over open countryside.

A Tennis court on the farm can be used by appointment, please bring your own racket and balls.
